Bell Peppers

The bell peppers are grown for fresh market and sold through D.R.Walcher Farms. We harvest them by hand, and deliver them to the packing house were they washed, packed, and shipped out to various chain store distribution centers and terminal markets. We are currently growing Aristotle and 1819.

Plastic Mulch Laying

We grow our bell peppers on plastic mulch covered beds. This allows  to produce a earlier, better quality pepper and also provides us with better weed control.

Harvest Conveyor

We harvest peppers with the aid of a Ramsay Highlander harvest conveyor.  It is 100 feet long
